The incumbent in this position is responsible for performing day-to-day operational management duties for the Adult Day Services center. Responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and controlling assigned resources to achieve section objectives. Provides direction and assistance to participants. Supervises adult day care aides, personal care aides and center volunteers. Provides direction and assistance for implementation of policies. Fosters a safe mental, physical, and social stimulating environment for seniors and ensure center compliance with licensing agencies. Assists participants to remain active and engaged in the community, reducing the need for institutionalized care.
Additionally, the incumbent will also perform the functions of an LPN providing routine care, observe patients' health, assists medical professionals, and communicate instructions to patients regarding medication, home-based care, and preventative lifestyle changes.
Salary
Min $46,155.20 annually
Mid $63,689.60 annually
